She completed four years articles at Cilliers & Reynders Inc, whilst studying towards her LLB. Brené then practiced as an Attorney at Cilliers & Reynders Inc, until taking up employment as an Associate at Gascoigne Randon & Associates, where she practiced as such until the establishment of Coetzee Martinuzzi Attorneys in April 2017.
Brené has specific interest and experience in corporate, commercial and labour law, as well as experience in family law and general litigation.

Director
Dean is a Director of the Firm.
He completed three years articles at Gascoigne Randon & Associates, where he then practiced as an attorney until the establishment of Coetzee Martinuzzi Attorneys in April 2017.

Bennie Reynders
Consulting Attorney & Mediator
Bennie is a Consulting Attorney of the Firm.
He served as a Senior Military Law Officer, prior to completing articles at Cilliers & Hattingh Attorneys. Bennie subsequently became a founding member of Cilliers Reynders Inc, following which he practiced independently for several years before becoming affiliated with Coetzee Martinuzzi Inc as a consulting attorney.
Bennie has specific interest and experience in family law, mediation, corporate governance, as well as experience in criminal law and general litigation.

Michael Kleynhans
Senior Associate
Michael is a Senior Associate of the Firm.
He completed his articles at the boutique commercial firm Glyn Marais where he practiced as an attorney for a further four years. He joined Coetzee Martinuzzi in 2023.
Michael has specific interest and experience in corporate and commercial law. He has advised many listed blue-chip clients, private equity firms as well as individuals on a wide variety of special commercial transactions including mergers & acquisitions, corporate structuring and financing transactions.
